Term and conditions

The buyer accepts unquestioningly the terms and conditions available on Veloflex website except for the legal rights of the consumer. Veloflex is entitled to modify sales terms and conditions any time without notice; said changes are available for the customer on the website or can be required directly to Veloflex.

Our online web store sales are reserved to privates subjects; in case you run a bike shop and have a VAT number and want to order our products please proceed to contact us with traditional form here.

Personal details

The user must provide truthful details; Veloflex reserves the right to take legal steps in case of any kind of infringement.

Price, VAT and invoicing

Prices on Veloflex website include VAT (in Italy and within the EU the total cost includes all fees and taxes) whereas for extra EU customers prices are to be considered VAT excluded and additional import fees and duties may be applicable.
Veloflex may change said prices anytime and without notice.
Additional shipment fees will be shown during checkout.
Payment is carried out in Euro (€) by Paypal, all data and details of the transaction and information concerning the method of payment are handled by PayPal, which manages the actual charge of the amount. Veloflex will not access or use any of the information concerning payment and the transaction.
For each order a final payment advice note will be released and the total costs will be fiscally registered by Veloflex. For Extra EU countries the invoice will not include VAT.

Orders

Personal details provided by the user must be truthful and correct; the buyer must be of age and holder of the credit card used for payment.
Veloflex online sales are carried out through merchant’s acceptance, according to which the agreement is set when the seller accepts the received order.
Once your order has been received, a confirmation email with all the details of your order will be sent automatically to the email address you added during registration. Said email does not entail the beginning of any agreement between the buyer and the seller (Veloflex), since it is only a report of the buyer’s order request, which will be confirmed only when a confirmation email will be sent to your email address specifying that the order has been dispatched.
Veloflex may accept or decline any order request. In case of decline Veloflex will contact the buyer and reimburse all the costs.

Changes, cancellation of orders and returns

Once payment has been made, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
 (The customer can return the items received by means of the withdrawal procedure within 14 days after the receipt of the order.)

Order dispatch and shipment

Once the payment has been received Veloflex will dispatch the order for shipment as soon as possible (generally within 2 working days). Time for dispatch may be delayed for different reasons or problems that occur at times; in case of delay customer will be informed promptly and decide whether to wait for dispatch or cancel the order.
You will receive the shipment tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped, so that you can track the order during shipment.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the items due to incorrect or missing delivery information provided by the customer (address, phone number or unattended delivery) the order will return to Veloflex, which will deduct the costs of shipment and return from the possible refund.
If shipment is delayed because of the delivery service we will do our best to assist the customer but we will not take any responsibility.

Extra EU shipment and delivery

Extra EU countries may apply taxes and import fees Veloflex is not informed about and that will be borne entirely by the customer. If customs hold the products or order to return the items with additional fees, such costs will be borne by the customer.
The buyer is responsible for clearance inward as the importer; if customs shall not clear the items they may hold them or order to return the items with additional fees; said costs will be borne entirely by the customer.
Veloflex will not take any responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by customs procedures.

Warranty

All Veloflex products have a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the receipt of the delivery (respectively the date provided by the carrier).
Products (such as tubulars and clincher tires) that have been used, punctured, cut or subject to any other damage not linked to manufacturing defects are not under any warranty.
Warranty is not applied in case of incorrect installation of the product, scarce upkeep, incorrect use, carelessness, alteration of the product or improper fixing.
It is not covered by warranty the failure to install TLR tires in TubeLess Ready mode, air loss or liquid leakage from any part of the tire at any point of installation or utilization because those results are directly imputable to the installation and to the sealant incapable to seal. To be effective product warranty requires the original receipt to prove its purchase.
If the item is not purchased directly on our website www.veloflex.it please contact your retailer; for refunds it is necessary to provide the order number available only on our online shop.

Responsibility

Veloflex distrusts the fraudulent use of its own website and does not take any responsibility for damage caused by illegal use of it by third parties; also, Veloflex will not take on responsibility of any economical claims resulting from the use of its own website.

Controversies

In compliance with EU 524/2013 regulation controversies can be solved online at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Controversies between the two parties are regulated by the Italian Law and are under the Italian jurisdiction.
