There are generally no additional charges for customs in the EU, local VAT is included in the total delivery cost of the orders (yet additional import fees for customs must be borne by the recipient)
The orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after receiving the order (except for festivities and holidays you will be informed about).
We deliver your orders through DHL Express; you will receive the shipment tracking number as soon as the order is ready to be shipped.
Please add a phone number and an address to arrange home delivery or someplace else you choose where the forwarding agent can find someone to leave your parcel to.
Once you receive the order please check the envelope or the parcel have not been opened. In case of damage of the packaging and the item write ‘ACCEPTED UNDER RESERVE’ while signing the delivery note and report it to DHL Express and our customer service. We will file a complaint to DHL Express for a refund or to substitute the damaged or missing item.
If you miss a delivery (incorrect phone number or address) or are unable to collect the order and DHL return the order to Veloflex, costs will be charged to the customer; additional import fees for customs will be also borne by the customer. If the shipment is stuck and held by customs it will be considered lost and will not be reimbursed.
We will show your total delivery cost with shipment fees during checkout, after adding your address. Free delivery for orders over 99 euros (delivery costs excluded); Veloflex may vary said value without notice.
Any problems with your shipment?
- For delays or any problems with the delivery contact DHL customer service and inform our customer service that will be ready to assist you.
- If by checking the tracking number the order should have been delivered but you have not received it yet please make sure one your neighbours or relatives has not been given the parcel; if that is not the case let us know about the missing delivery and we will contact DHL for a document to prove whether the parcel has been delivered or not.
- If you receive a different product or miss one or more items please contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order and in case of mistake deliver the correct order or the missing item or an immediate reimburse.
- If the items are damaged please contact us by making reference to the order number and sending some pictures to estimate the damage. Our customer service will assist you and find a solution to solve the problem.
